Texas Cooperation Circle celebrates International Women's Day with unique art exhibit

You don't often hear an event planner say they're thankful it rained the day of their outdoor event.  But the organizers at the Rothko Chapel Cooperation Circle were when people walked a labyrinth shaped from bent, broken and mended ceramic bones to commemorate International Women's Day.
