Help the Needy Foundation CC invites submissions to its 8th annual Balfest International Film Festival in Plovdiv, Bulgaria October 15-17 2011, a festival devoted to the fight against violence and terrorism. This year's event will include a discussion on the theme: “Society and religions – dialogue for the harmonious development of the humanity.”
