Abhigyane Foundation, a URI Cooperation Circle based in Ghaziabad, India, shares a photo from a day spent visiting elderly residents in the St. Mary Old Age Home. They listened to stories from lonely residents who rarely see their own families. Cooperation Circle members simply spent time with the residents and tried to make them happy, noting, “They need only love; nothing else.”
The visit celebrated the occasion of Mahatma Gandhi's 148th birth anniversary, so they kept his quote in mind: “In a gentle way, you can shake the world.”
