Karachi URI Cooperation Circle (CC) was established in 1999 by a gathering of Muslims, Christians, and Hindus in the city of Karachi. The addition of Sikhs, Theosophists, and Zorastrians has expanded their group. Their work to establish peace and tolerance among sects within a religion now extends to all five provinces of the city: East, West, Center, and Southern Karachi, as well as in Malir.
