The Cameroon Network of Human Rights Organizations (RECODH) is a legalized network of non-profit associations, trade unions and platforms working for the promotion and protection of human rights, social cohesion and governance. RECODH was born on January 6, 2010, from a recommendation of the National Governance Program of the Republic of Cameroon.
They envision that in 2020, Cameroon is a country where human rights and fundamental freedoms are effectively respected without any discrimination, thanks to the performance and credibility of RECODH members and officials engaged and deployed in the country.
In 8 years, Cameroon Network of Human Rights Organizations has helped develop a collaborative attitude in the community by building religious tolerance, members show thirst to know about the values of different religious communities and avoid religiously motivated violence.
Cameroon Network of Human Rights Organizations program focus areas include: Peacebuilding and Conflict Resolution, Community Building, Advocacy, policy dialogue, human rights, building social cohesion, good governance, etc.
