It was a huge privilege to join the URI Global Council Trustees and Global Staff members, as well as of our President’s Council, at Santa Clara University in June.

The gathering was a prime opportunity to build a strong and cohesive team, underpinned by the principles of shared leadership and understanding. As a result, we were all energized and ready to nurture our beautiful and powerful network of Cooperation Circles.

Our time together included a special banquet that served as a great opportunity to appreciate all of our team members for their contributions. It was also a delight to connect with Rita Semel, URI's first Global Council Chair, and our advisors from the President’s Council, whose support is ever so precious. These partnerships add enormous value and strength to our work.

As we embark on this journey together, it is very refreshing to celebrate such a broad diversity of skills, coupled with enthusiastic expertise, to serve and support the life and growth of our Cooperation Circles.

We are so fortunate to have the talented Rev. Victor Kazanjian, Jr. as our Executive Director. He truly brings inspirational direction and creativity to our activities.  We are continually blessed by the vision and dedication of our President and Founder, the Right Rev. William E. Swing.

I look forward with immense excitement to a thriving and vibrant URI, led and shaped by each and every one of us.
