Blessings to our Jewish sisters and brothers on Rosh Hashanah.

This celebration of the New Year in the Jewish calendar reminds us all of the ever-present possibility of renewal in our lives and our communities. As the Shofar sounds, we are called to a time of reflection, prayer and self-examination.

In URI, this means reflecting upon how we are living out our PPP's, the Preamble, Purpose, and Principles of URI that provide a framework for how we "manifest love and justice among all life in our Earth community."

Even in the midst of so much pain and suffering around the world, we pray that this year ahead may hold moments of sweetness, and that we may be steadfast in supporting one another in embodying the life of peace, justice and healing to which we are called.

In peace… Victor
