On Saturday, January 16, 2016, URI Bangladesh held a day-long River Cruise on Ostrich Ship. There were over 200 URI family members attending from 36 Cooperation Circles (along with proposed Cooperation Circles), especially primary and secondary contact persons.

This is the first largest Inter Religious and Inter Cultural Festival of URI Bangladesh. This memorable and rejoicing river cruise was conducted in association with Dhaka University Public Administration Forum. The most of the expenditures (approx. Taka 2 lakhs) managed by Vidyasagar Society including Taka 50 thousand, contributed by several Cooperation Circles’ members.

The URI family meeting was held on different days, but the cultural festival operated in one day and it was conducted and moderated by Mohammad Abdul Hye, Secretary General, Vidyasagar Society and, URI Bangladesh Representative.

This memorable Interfaith Festival was a very heartful interaction for several Cooperation Circles and they much enjoyed this River Cruise.

You know URI Bangladesh is growing. URI Bangladesh currently includes 26 Cooperation Circles. According to the information of India East Zone, 16 Cooperation Circles are in the application process. So we are eagerly waiting for approval messages for the applying Cooperation Circles.
