Love Care Foundation observed World AIDS Day on the 1st of December. World AIDS Day is for people worldwide to unite in the fight against HIV and to show support for people who are suffering from HIV. Mr. Manoj Tiwari, member of Parliament, was the chief guest. More than 600 people attended the program.
A pledge was taken during the event:
"I will create awareness for HIV/AIDS with the aim to "GETTING ZERO" and will stop discrimination against the HIV affected.”
Ms. Subhi Dhupar, URI Regional Coordinator for North Zone India, and some other members of URI, were also part of the event. Love Care Foundation honored their supporters during the event.
