Members of the United Religions Initiative joined Women's Marches across the United States, with many members marching in solidarity in countries throughout the world.

URI community members marched and sent encouragement from many countries worldwide, strengthening a global network that enables Cooperation Circles around the world to work together on projects that protect and further the human rights of women and girls. In the words of the URI Preamble, Purpose and Principles: “We practice equitable participation of women and men in all aspects” and “We value voices that respect others, and believe that sharing our values and wisdom can lead us to act for the good of all.”
