Participants of the Interfaith National Day of Prayer held a unifying prayer and blessing for the space before the very successful event at the Kaua’i Rotunda.
The National Day of Prayer was celebrated in Kaua’i this year with 21 different faith expressions.
"Kaua’i is a melting pot of cultures and faiths, and our mayor remembered that one of the reasons our founders wanted freedom from England was for freedom of religious expression. So for the past five years, the Interfaith Roundtable of Kaua’i has hosted an Interfaith National Day of Prayer."
