Sister Nivedita Peace Cooperation Circle, a URI member group in West Bengal, works for interfaith harmony and peace in their community by encouraging players from Muslim, Indigenous, Hindu and Tribal faiths to play together for a common cause.
Members organized a day-long football tournament in Sahebganj, Bankura, West Bengal on the very auspicious holiday of Janmashtami. Sixteen teams participated in the tournament, coming from different areas of Bankura District.
