The Weekly Shot: URI Brasilia Peace Movement

URI Brasilia, a URI Cooperation Circle based in Brasilia, Brazil, joined with other peace activist groups for a proposal against weapons, hatred and violence in Brasilia. This took place on April 21st, celebrating 59 years since Brasilia’s founding.

In the photograph above, Elianildo Nascimento, Iza Marina Vicino, and other Cooperation Circle members, along with Global Council Trustee Salette Aquino, hold a sign promoting the movement for peace.
