This month, URI welcomed two new member groups, or Cooperation Circles, both based in Cambodia. Pictured here are members of Minority Rights Organization (MIRO) in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. MIRO is devoted to working for ethnic minority groups with honesty, without profit, and without discrimination. The other new Cooperation Circle, Youth for Peace Cambodia, works to bring about a society of peace and social justice in Cambodia through the active citizenship of young people.
