African Youths Initiative on Crime Prevention, a URI member group in Nigeria, is getting the word out about safe practices during the COVID-19 crisis. The group's ambassador Chris Ibe works with E4J CSOs Network Nigeria, Yoruba. See their video explaining that one of the biggest challenges for African people during this time is the huge number of languages spoken, and encouaging everyone to make their own videos, in their own languages, explaining safety directives (such as effective hand washing and sheltering in place) so people in every community will have no barrier to understanding.
"Please let's hear you speak your language!"

Consider making one yourself, too!
