URI North India and Afghanistan has been helping over 200 vulnerable women who are affected or afflicted by HIV/AIDS and related health conditions, making them extremely vulnerable and at an increased risk of contracting COVID-19.

See a video message of appreciation from one recipient of their aid.

"We at United Religions Initiative-North India and Afghanistan believe that even if one person is suffering, the whole of humanity is," says URI Regional Coordinator Subhi Dhupar.

URI North India and Afghanistan worked with many partners to make this support happen, including Nirvana Foundation, Alliance India Harm Reduction, and many dedicated individuals. See the Facebook post for more details.
