Indian Pluralism Foundation Distributes Supplies to Needy Families

Indian Pluralism Foundation, a URI member group in East India, is working with Chisty Foundation, Ajmer Sharif, and Syed Salman Chishty to organize the distribution of dry food supplies for families in need. They have served "countless families who were in distress in the rural villages of India amongst the underprivileged communities whose livelihood have been adversely affected by the ongoing pandemic COVID-19," they report in their Facebook post.

Group members also continue their efforts to support marginalized communities who live in the slum areas of Tangra, Topsia, and Selimpur in Kolkata, and in the rural villages of South 24 Paraganas, West Bengal.
