This Cooperation Circle (CC) was created by members of the League of Scouts of Mozambique and co-operated with the Inter-Religious Council of Mozambique. Their aim is to promote education that teaches a culture of peace, scouting and the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potential—as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities. The method of achieving this aim is by providing enjoyable training and discussion, organizing national and international events, and promoting values based on religious values as well as those of a scout.
