Since 1995, Rajarajeswari Arts Academy has been working with full dedication and commitment to serving the rural poor masses. Members render services for the upliftment of downtrodden people for their socio-economic development. They organize: vocational training programs; women’s empowerment programs for their socio-economic development; seminars on sensitization for gender discrimination, eradication of child labor, and education; national environment awareness campaigns; adolescent empowerment; and national importance days and celebrations. In order to protect and reduce child mortality and to improve mothers’ health, they organized a Reproductive and Child Health (RCH) program. In addition, they conduct national integration camps and youth leadership training programs to create and build a national identity among the people, and inculcate the idea of “oneness” among youth so that they dedicate their lives to bringing communal harmony, peace, and universal brotherhood.
