The Sadhbhawana Foundation Cooperation Circle (CC) is part of a movement for peace and communal harmony in Indore, India - an important site for Gandhi’s peacebuilding work. The Sadhbhawana Foundation CC’s members are the trustees of a nursing college and girl’s hostel founded by Gandhi and Kasturba Ma. They work to improve the lives of underprivileged children, their families, and surrounding communities. The Sadhbhawana Foundation CC’s advisory committee consists of Gandhians, social activists and retired higher-order army personnel who are committed to religious amicability. They engage NGOs and individuals at a national level to promote interfaith cooperation and to contribute to nation-building. Their advisory members are Gandhians who championed for peace and communal harmony during India’s Independence. These members have been at the forefront of holding interfaith festivals in the most sensitive areas and inviting prominent people to support the cause.
