Youth Today Foundation (YTF) Cooperation Circle (CC) functions within its mandate to implement different programs, both in the peri-urban and rural areas. CC members empower youth, women, the elderly and other disadvantaged groups such as people living with HIV and AIDS (PLWHIV), and orphans and vulnerable children. Additionally, they promote human rights, democracy and the rule of law, as well as engaging communities in climate change mitigation, conservation agriculture, water protection, hygiene and sanitation, education, and health awareness programs. Youth Today Foundation runs a child care center in Ndirande Township, where it provides early childhood development education for the orphans and other vulnerable groups. Their objective is to improve the unified spirit of communal living in peace and sharing resources in propagation of Ubuntu; as well as helping each other beyond the social, economic, political, religious and cultural barriers which often cause some conflicts.
