Our purpose is to seek a deeper understanding and nourishment of the value of human life, especially as fed by our diverse spiritual foundations...

We believe our openness and commitment to human dignity will lead to cooperation, reconciliation and transformation.

We gather congregations and individuals, lift up minority religious voices, advocate for communities of faith and the poor, publish a newsletter, sponsor juvenile detention and nursing home ministries, oversee health and social justice arms, lead public commemorative and educational events, encourage regional common good will, and interface with public officials.

Cooperation Circle Releases Message on Dangerous Religious Rhetoric of Donald Trump

We speak out in this instance to defend the rights of Muslims, especially in the United States, to practice their faith in peace and safety. We speak out to defend and uphold the basic human rights and dignity of all people.

We need to stand together as a family of Nations recognizing the human dignity and rights of every person. We must not permit terrorism pollute our minds and hearts with hatred or fear.

Community Members Form Ring of Solidarity Around California Mosque

On March 27, approximately 150 members of the faith communities from across Contra Costa County, California formed a Ring of Solidarity around the Islamic Center of San Ramon Valley, just as the Muslim community recently encircled the Jewish community in Oslo, Norway and Copenhagen recently.
