URI remembers Sister Chandru Desai, Director of the San Francisco Brahma Kumaris Meditation Center and one of the founding members of United Religions Initiative, the San Francisco Interfaith Council, and the Interfaith Center at the Presidio.
Over the years, URI has leveraged the website as one of the main tools for communication and sharing impact and stories from CCs and like-minded people around the world. The revamped website was officially launched on 1 June 2022 to continue serving this purpose.
