In September of 2021, Emina Frljak from Bosnia and Herzegovina attended the G20 Interfaith Forum in Bologna, Italy. In reflecting on this event, Emina has some important thoughts to share.

The "Creating the Way" Youth Exchange was hosted by Association Focus on Youth, Romania with participation of another three organizations; Desert Bloom, Jordan, Human Rights Research Center, Georgie and Youth Empowerment Center, Greece.

Young leaders from North America/Multi-Region (Erin Adarve and Vasu Bandhu), Europe (Mirjona Hoxhallari and Emina Frljak), and West Africa (Clement Awanfe Ngueto) represented URI, along with Regional Coordinator for North America Tahil Sharma and member of the URI UN team Audrey Kitagawa, at the G20 Interfaith Forum in Bologna, Italy from Sept 11 - 14th. Circles of Light 2021 took place on October 5. This annual, unique virtual gala for the benefit of URI brings together our global community to participate and celebrate URI’s network around the world.

Baraza CC, IFAST CC, TIA CC, URI UK and URI Europe organized the webinar “Living Together – The World is My Family” on the occasion of the United Nations, International Day of Living Together in Peace.

Two URI member groups, Youth for Peace in Bosnia & Herzegovina and AYEPO in Afghanistan, joined forces to celebrate the International Day of Living Together in Peace with the global URI youth community.
