On Saturday, October 26, members of the Community of Ecological Reflection and Spirituality (CREE) met to celebrate life and friendship. 

On October 6, an Interreligious Act was held with the participation of Catholic leaders, evangelical Christians, Islamics, and Jews.

On October 7th, 2019, URI Asia Regional Coordinator in Asia, Dr. Fr. James Channan, collaborated with Golden Star CC coordinator Ms. Neelam Nisari to put the spotlight on the issue of gender equality, the 5th goal of the United Nations.

Members of the URI Cooperation Circle Interkultureller Kreis URI Bonn, as well as school children and others, folded more than 1100 origami cranes in memory of the victims of the A-Bomb having had fallen on Hiroshima in the year 1945.

The URI Europe Assembly was held in Ohrid, Macedonia on October 2-6, 2019. URI members from across Europe (including 15 countries and 32 Cooperation Circles) gathered to exchange ideas, enjoy productive conversations, and plan future collaboration and activities.

Community leaders from North Macedonia were hosted on Oct 18 at the URI Global Support Office.
