URI Stories of Impact

The children who live here return from their studies at school to a place they call home, where they can be further trained in skills that will better their future lives.

The circle has resided since the dawn of time.  As URI grows and evolves, the circle is URI’s blessing, a way to nurture one another.

This week we receive a prayer “with the earth” by John Philip Newell and a perspective on the place of joy in renewing a relationship with nature by Michael McCarthy.

The members of Pakigdait Inc. especially recognize the role of women and youth in solving and breaking the cycles of violence and in protecting the communities from the pandemic.

In March, Isabel, first contact of CC Caminhos da Terra, made a live teaching with the indigenous Tafkea Fulni-ô tribe where he will bring the sacred teachings of his people. This includes energy cleaning through medicinal plants, Shamanic Reiki, and healing energy.

Viola, cause and prose is one of the many projects carried out by Moreno Overá. Here he propose a relaxed and artistic tour showing various elements of the Caipira culture.
