URI North India and Afghanistan region presents “Corona to Karuna (Compassion)”.

As the worldwide pandemic continues, URI groups are rising to the challenge by mobilizing members to create face masks and distribute them among vulnerable populations.

Education is quite simply another name for peace-building. When a nation’s children and adults are educated alike, it not only grows and prospers, but peace and harmony are manifested as well.

Festivals are a huge part of Indian culture. We bring to you an assortment of activities which we did during festivals so that we could share the joy with others.

In the current day and age, there has been a surge of women’s movements across the world. URI shares this vision about men and women together helping to build cultures of peace and justice.

We just celebrated the Earth and Water Day in April and March respectively. This is a throwback to 2018 when we took a lot of measures to spread awareness for environmental conservation!
